A special highlight is the spacious, covered, and furnished balcony, which is accessible from every room and offers an impressive panoramic view of Lake Constance, the Alps, and the surrounding countryside. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you could need and features a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, a wide range of kitchen utensils, as well as children’s tableware and a high chair. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, TV, radio, washing machine, dryer, heating, smoke detectors, and bed linens and towels provided. Comfortable patio furniture invites you to relax, while the large lawn for lounging and playing—complete with sun loungers, a trampoline, and a variety of play options for children—ensures unforgettable vacation moments. For our younger guests, a fleet of go-karts, kick scooters, Bobby Cars, and pedal tractors is available, ensuring that the little ones can enjoy an active and happy stay. A garden shed with a barbecue area is perfect for social evenings around the campfire. Ample parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed, and smoking and events are not permitted on the property. Upon request, guests may use the washer and dryer. The property is easy to find thanks to clear signage. The local visitor’s tax must be paid on-site, and guests receive the ECHT BODENSEE CARD, which offers free travel by bus and train as well as benefits at over 190 regional attractions. Children are welcome. The deposit is 50% of the room rate. Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Tourist tax: High season (April 1 through October 31) = 3.50 EUR per person per night; low season (November 1 through March 31) = 2.20 EUR per person per night. Children up to the age of 15 are exempt. The local tourist tax must be paid on-site. We will confirm your bread roll delivery request one week before arrival.
