Vacation Apartment 2 offers a cozy home for up to four adults in a space of approximately 50 m2 and features direct access to a furnished terrace with an adjacent play and sunbathing area. From here, you’ll enjoy an impressive panoramic view of Lake Constance and the Alps, inviting you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. The apartment features a separate bedroom, a bright bathroom with a window, shower, toilet, and hair dryer, as well as a cozy living room with a sofa and a high-quality sleeper sofa for two people (full-size bed with mattress, 1.40 × 2.00 m). The separate kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a wide selection of kitchenware and children’s tableware; a dining area, barbecue facilities, a high chair, and coffee and tea accessories are also available. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, TV, radio, washing machine, dryer, heating, private entrance, smoke detectors, and patio furniture. Bedding and towels are included. The apartment is designed to be accessible, with step-free entry and a ground-level layout. Pets are not allowed. Just outside the idyllic village of Kippenhausen, surrounded by fruit trees and vineyards, lies our peaceful vacation and fruit farm—a perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and for families. Six modern vacation apartments offer a breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Constance and the Alps, which can be enjoyed from every balcony or terrace. Comfortable patio furniture invites you to relax, while the large lawn for lounging and playing—complete with sun loungers, a trampoline, and a variety of play options for children—ensures unforgettable vacation moments. For our younger guests, a fleet of go-karts, kick scooters, Bobby Cars, and pedal tractors is available, ensuring that the little ones can enjoy an active and happy stay. A garden shed with a barbecue area is perfect for social evenings around the campfire. Ample parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed, and smoking and events are prohibited on the property. Upon request, guests may use the washer and dryer. The property is easy to find thanks to clear signage. The local visitor’s tax must be paid on-site, and guests receive the ECHT BODENSEE CARD, which offers free travel by bus and train as well as benefits at over 190 regional attractions. Children are welcome. The deposit is 50% of the room rate. Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Tourist tax: High season (April 1 through October 31) = 3.50 EUR per person per night and low season (November 1 through March 31) = 2.20 EUR per person per night; Children up to age 15 are exempt. The local tourist tax must be paid on-site. We will confirm your bread roll delivery request one week before arrival. Use of the washing machine and dryer is available for a fee and upon request.
