Studio at the entrance to the town of Cholet, in the countryside, on a 3 hectare property!
This little nest by the pool is a pretty room installed in the old barn stable which allows you to have the pool all to yourself in the evening! From 7pm to 10am the next day, not overlooked, you have the pool to yourself!
All in exposed stone, light wooden ceilings, terracotta floor tiles, light cerused wood, this large studio room is charming, and original, because you sleep there with a view of the swimming pool that you can illuminate with soft lamps in summer, and which give a very relaxing atmosphere.
If it is very hot, its large bay window allows you to open the entire section of wall that overlooks the pool, so that your room gives the feeling of being part of this large terrace and you can sleep there a bit like under the stars.
Without any vis-à-vis, surrounded by high stone and wood walls, the room and the pool are one, privatized for you all evening and night, you can spend magical moments there.
This small cocoon of 20m2 offers you a large bed 160, a kitchenette area, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, small refrigerator, an induction hob.
The large bathroom offers a walk-in shower and a toilet,
It should be noted that during the day, from 10 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., guests of the cottages are likely to come and swim and therefore come to the terrace very close to the room. You can therefore close the blackout curtains to keep your privacy and use the green terrace under the hazelnut tree next to the entrance of the room, another very pleasant little corner for you with a view of the farmhouse, and Nature.
400m away, the Etang des Noues 35 hectares of peaceful water with magnificent little corners, and the forest which covers hundreds of hectares with large alleys to walk.
At the gîtes, Large playground, guinguette on site in the summer open a few evenings a week you can have a drink, snack, play games, listen to music, read with the Cabane à livres and hunt for pretty clothes in the small thrift store! Just like our accommodation, the guinguette named La P'tite Ferraille is a very eco-responsible place, very concerned with conviviality! You will find here, benevolence and conviviality, intimacy and calm.
