The Maisonnette de la Grange in the countryside on the property of the Gîtes de l'Etang des Noues in Cholet. The town 2 kms away and this pretty accommodation in the heart of the countryside on a property of 3 hectares of greenery with heated swimming pool, donkeys, horses, sheep... Nature!
Studio of 45m2 with large kitchen, antique furniture, exposed beams and stones, a nice accommodation installed in an old barn with a 180 bed (or two 90 beds of your choice), a small bathroom with large shower, wifi internet with fiber, screen with Canal Sat subscription. A small terrace is there for you open to the entrance of the cottages, view of the farmhouse and its neighbor the barn where the heated swimming pool is located, right next to you the meadow of the donkeys, the small guinguette where you can go for a drink on sunny days! The swimming pool is open from 10 am to 7 pm, heated to 29 degrees! all around the countryside with large meadows where our donkeys, sheep and small horses live, 400m away the Etang des Noues 35 hectares of calm water and the forest which extends over hundreds of hectares with its large alleys for walks! 23 kms from the Puy du Fou, 10 minutes from the Oriental Park, the banks of the Loire, the Saumur vineyards, Angers Nantes and the Atlantic coast 45 minutes away! Our cottages are eco-responsible, we are very concerned about the respect of this beautiful nature that is offered to us, and the place is really very peaceful and rejuvenating!
