About this house rental
Your vacation is waiting for you at this 8-bedroom lakefront house. With 8 bedrooms there’s plenty of space for everyone to rest comfortably. The house features 4 bathrooms, each equipped with walk in showers. The master bathroom also features a soaking jet tub! Guests can enjoy a lovely, spacious environment that feels like a true home away from home. Whether you’re gathering for a family reunion or a group getaway, this delightful house offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Fall in love with the midcoast and enjoy the magic it has to offer.
The house is located in Warren which is only 15-20 minutes from Rockland or Camden/Rockport. Secluded from the road, it sits down a long-paved driveway facing North Pond where you can enjoy canoeing and swimming off the dock.
This house has 3 fully functional floors. The main level has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom on this floor is situated with a king size bed with an attached bathroom that has a shower stall as well as a relaxing deep tub to soak in after a long day. The other bedroom sleeps 2 with a queen bed. There is a large kitchen and a dining room that seats 10-12 as well as a living room that includes a large screen TV and 2 couches with a small table that will sit 4. On this floor is also a laundry room that includes a washer/dryer. This level has a large deck facing the lake view where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets! This house has also been updated with a whole house mini split system for AC/Heat!
On the lower level of the house there are 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. There is also a living room with a large wrap around couch and a large screen curved TV, a dining area, a bathroom, and a small kitchenette. The best part is there is also a large space/game room that has a pool table! Also located downstairs is an abundance of board games for the kiddos to play! This level also has its own access to a ground level deck that takes you out to the lawn where you can sit at the patio set and enjoy the views or you can walk down to the lake for a swim.
On the top level there is still plenty of space to enjoy. Newly renovated with new flooring and paint, it's beautiful! There is a catwalk bridge that takes you to a small quiet sitting space where you can sit on the couch and read an abundance of books at your leisure. Down the hall upstairs there is a bedroom that has a queen bed and 3 bedrooms that each hold 2 twin beds each! There is a bathroom with a shower stall as well as a nice big game room that has a ping pong table!
Down at the waters edge, there is a Gazebo and a set of stairs that takes you down to the dock for swimming or even to go out and go fishing where you can catch some great fish!
Off the main level of the house there is also a unique 3 season room where there are tables and chairs. This room has an abundance of windows where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over North Pond while you enjoy dinner. There is a doggy door that your pooch can come and go and remain in an outdoor fenced in area. There is also an abundance of blueberry bushes if you come at the right time of year!
And if you don't have enough space in the area closest to the house, you can go out through the backside of the wooden fence and play a game of baseball in a large mowed field.
This house gives you so much potential for a great vacation stay!
We would ask that you not use the fireplace or woodstove as they are both for decoration only.
No exterior fires allowed.

The Lake House is perfect for a lake vacation. They had paddle boards, kayaks & canoes. Fishing on the dock was lots of fun.The house was spacious and clean with a very organized kitchen. We had lots of fun in the evening playing pool and ping pong. It was a short drive to Camden and Rockport. Great place to stay.

This is the perfect venue for a family reunion. Wonderful time had by all -- especially children ages 4 to 12. Could not imagine a better place. Just terrific.

This property was not only gorgeous, it was the best stocked kitchen any of us have ever had in a VRBO or Air B&B. Everyone enjoyed themselves from the oldest to the youngest and that can be difficult when you have so many together in one house. Amber replied to any of my questions in a timely fashion. We would definitely come back to this location in the future!!
