As you arrive, you’ll find a spacious driveway and carport accommodating up to five vehicles, along with a handy 240V electric vehicle outlet for your convenience. Step outside to enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower and private pool area, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
On the ground level, you’ll discover a cozy rec room featuring a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a full bath, along with a laundry area and direct access to the pool. Moving up to the middle level, the heart of the home awaits with a well-equipped kitchen, bar seating, and a dining area that flows into a great room with a flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. This level also includes an ensuite king bedroom with a flat-screen TV, a tiled shower and tub, plus an additional bunk room and a hall bathroom. From here, step out onto the deck and enjoy easy access to the pool area.
The top level offers a serene retreat with a king ensuite bedroom featuring a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a luxurious shower/tub combo, double vanity, and private deck access. A queen ensuite bedroom is also on this level that includes its own flat-screen TV, shower/tub combo, and deck access, providing plenty of space for relaxation and privacy.
