Welcome to our 80 m² single-story house, a true haven of peace on the edge of the forest, ideal for relaxing with family or friends. Enjoy a large enclosed garden equipped with a swing and a trampoline, perfect for children and pets (maximum 2 dogs/cats under supervision). Located just 600 m from the village center, you will find a bakery, mini-market, post office, and a small farmers' market on Saturday mornings. The region abounds with organic farms, hiking trails, and mountain biking routes, accessible directly from the house. Heritage enthusiasts will be delighted: the castles of Breteuil and Dampierre are just a 15-minute drive away. The Haras de la Cense stud farm is 5 minutes away, and a caretaker is present in a nearby chalet for your peace of mind. Our house has fiber optic internet, free private parking, and can accommodate vans. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Other accommodations are available for rent on site, and preferential rates for workers are available upon request. Important Rules: PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE PROHIBITED • Pets allowed (max 2): €15/night/pet, always under supervision and not allowed in the bedrooms or on the sofa. • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, even with windows open (a €250 fine will be charged for violations).
