Blue House was originally built for a family who grew up here in Lutsen, Minnesota on Ski Hill Road with Lutsen Mountains' Bridge Run running right behind the home. After an extensive renovation in 2023, it is now available to rent year-round for families and friends who love the North Shore. From a premium chef's kitchen to the large open game room, this home has it all! And now, it's even better!
Blue House is located just off Ski Hill Road and within walking distance to Lutsen Mountains Ski Resort. Making this the perfect year-round destination for your family's next trip to Lake Superior's North Shore.
The house provides everything needed to enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities. There is an expansive deck, with an enclosed heated area, and a large gas grill. The entire deck provides breathtaking views of Lake Superior and Moose Mountain from its premium mountaintop location. Below the deck is a fire pit.
Inside you will find wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows facing Moose Mountain, inviting in the outdoors. The spacious living space is open and welcoming. It features a chef's kitchen, dining room, and a living room with a unique stone-surround fireplace, perfect for those cold winter nights.
The timber frame game room is separate from the living room. Here you will find a ping pong table, a foosball table, a craft table, and a closet full of games giving many options while relaxing at home. Each area of the home allows for both privacy and groups of people to gather.

You will find one on the main level, one off the game room, and two on each end of the upper level.
