Blue water, white beaches, and a green countryside—that’s what you’ll find when you stay in this beautifully designed apartment on the east coast of Rügen, just a few steps from the sea.
Located on the 3rd floor of the Zudar building, this modern, non-smoking vacation apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The moment you step into the 96 m² apartment, you’ll feel like you’re on vacation. You’ll be greeted right away by a modern, high-quality kitchen with a small counter and two bar stools.
If you let your gaze wander straight ahead toward the living area, you’ll enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. The spacious balcony, which seats up to 4 people, invites you to linger. The side privacy screen ensures you’re well-protected from prying eyes.
And should it get a little cooler in the evening, the cozy living-dining area invites you to unwind and relax. In the lower level, you’ll find the two bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, so you can sleep undisturbed and start dreaming of an unforgettable vacation. The large balcony on the lower level lets you hear the sound of the sea and feel the fresh Baltic Sea air on your face.
The “Zudar” house is one of four so-called “Liegehäuser” in Block III in Prora, and it is our newest “beach gem” to date. Unlike the standard houses, this one features a particularly open design, with a modern and transparent glass facade facing the Baltic Sea, as well as a continuous balcony area.
