Condo Luz Romantic Zone with Rooftop Infinity Pool, Hot Tub

I really liked the location, being in a quieter area and even though it’s not right on the beach, it’s not too far away..easy to walk to and plenty of restaurants very nearby. The building (and suite) is new, fresh and tastefully decorated. Alex, the Property Manager greeted me on my arrival. He was welcoming, professional & informative. Alex showed me my suite, and also showed how everything worked. I will definitely come back here again.

We had a very good stay overall and would happily return. I am giving four stars because of a few issues noted below, but the positives were strong. First, Alex, our property contact, was excellent. He was responsive, helpful, and quickly arranged for a hot water issue to be fixed within a day. Great service and much appreciated, especially while traveling. The room itself is modern and well equipped. It is on the smaller side, but the air conditioning worked perfectly and the kitchenette was very useful for us. The rooftop pool and views were outstanding and ended up being one of our favorite parts of the stay. Perfect spot for some quiet downtime after being out in Puerto Vallarta. There were a few downsides. The rooftop hot tub was not working during our stay, and there was noticeable daytime construction noise that was not mentioned in the listing. Also, the listing described a king bed, but it was clearly smaller, closer to a double. Even with those issues, we were happy with the stay. It is a nice newer building in Old Town with a beautiful rooftop space.
