The location was very central! I enjoyed that it was a couple blocks away from the main street of Zona Romantica. Lots of food and corner stores nearby. There's a market nearby that sells fresh fruit and produce every day too!

We loved the location and the prompt and friendly communication with the property manager and owner. They accommodated our late check out which we appreciated and provided a great online resource full of info/recommendations for the unit and area. Kitchen was fully stocked and the washer/dryer is a great touch!
Unfortunately, there were incidents beyond their control such as the weak water pressure, which left little to be desired. Hot water was only on for 3 minutes at a time. The sewage stench coming from the drains in the bathroom were almost unbearable at times and made us nauseas in the evenings when the smell was most prominent. I would also suggest brighter lighting in the whole unit, a full length mirror and dehumidifiers as it gets muggy at times due to its basement location.
