The property features step-free access, high-speed WiFi for video calls, private television, washing machine, clothes dryer, heating with underfloor heating and radiators, dedicated workspace, 2 baby beds, 1 high chair, and shared toys and books for children.
Step outside to enjoy your private garden, private covered terrace, private uncovered terrace, private grill, and outdoor shower. The private heated pool is covered by a high dome and available year-round, heated from April 1 to October 31, with heating available during other periods upon request for an extra fee. Additional outdoor amenities include shared gym equipment, shared playground, shared table tennis, and a shower and toilet near the pool area.
You will have access to 7 shared on-site parking spaces and shared bicycle storage. 1 pet is allowed on the property, but events are not permitted. Please respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am and refrain from smoking indoors.
