It was overall very comfortable and quiet and clean. A few concerns are that there's no working lights in one of the rooms and no working outlets in another. There's exposed screws sticking out in the basement shower and low water flow in the basement toilet. I had to unload a full dishwasher load from a previous stay in order to fulfill the requirement to load up our few dishes that we used. We had to purchase more toilet paper as there was only one extra roll in the bathroom. There was a hole in the wall in the dining room we noticed as soon as we got there, we took a picture to ensure we weren't blamed for it. The grass was incredibly overgrown so it was a bit tough getting from street parking to the front door with our luggage.

Rented this property for my sons navy graduation, Base was only 6 minutes from the home. Tons of places to eat and shop no more then 15 minutes away. The house was super cute, very clean. we flew in at 10am and without even having to ask the host reached out and let us know it was ready for check in a few hours early which was great. left some packaged up congrats grad decor that hopefully didnt get thrown out and the next navy fam can use.
