📝 Age Requirement, Rental Agreement & Guest Registration 📝
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay. After booking, the primary renter must sign a rental agreement and provide your party’s information for HOA registration.
Community registration is required for access and includes a fee based on the number of guests (age 6+) and vehicles.
After booking, you’ll receive a form to provide the following:
• Names of all guests (age 6+)
• Vehicle make, model, year
• License plate number(s) & issuing state
You will not be able to access the community without being registered.
The community does not allow same-day registration so we cannot accept same-day bookings.
The maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including children. The primary renter must be 25+ and present for the entire stay. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Our home is in a semi-wooded area near the lake. You may see deer, small animals, and occasionally bears. Insects are also common in this environment—despite regular professional pest control, some may be present, especially in spring.
We aim to set the standard for short-term rental experiences. We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.

Guests let themselves in via Smart Lock and have full use of the private home.
The Neighborhood:
Your stay is located in the private, gated Arrowhead Lake Community, one of the Poconos’ most popular year-round destinations. Guests enjoy access to two beautiful lakes, three sandy beaches, outdoor pools (seasonal), playgrounds, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, and miles of peaceful walking trails. The community is quiet, friendly, and perfect for families, couples, and anyone looking to relax in nature while still being close to nearby attractions, skiing, hiking, and restaurants.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended when staying in Arrowhead Lake, as the community is spread out and public transportation is limited. All roads within the community are paved and easy to navigate, and parking is available at the home as well as at the beaches, pools, lodge, and other amenities. Major Pocono attractions—like skiing, hiking, restaurants, and shopping—are within a short, scenic drive.
