The Domaine de la Métairie Haute is set in the heart of a preserved 38-hectare forest of cedars, Austrian pines, and Douglas firs, once the Marcilhac-sur-Célé departmental forest. This exceptional natural setting is home to abundant wildlife and offers an ideal place to unwind and reconnect with nature.
The rooms, located in a small, independent barn, have been recently restored with eco-friendly materials (wood fiber, lime-hemp, rainwater recovery, phytopurification). Each features a 160×200 bed and a spacious walk-in shower.
Explore forest trails and local heritage, such as dolmens and cazelles. A cedar-wood hall is dedicated to meditation and yoga. Enjoy simple, seasonal cuisine at the table d’hôtes or as a picnic basket, plus a herbal bar, shop area, and yoga classes available for an extra fee.
