Excellent owners that really care about the customers. Wonderful garden to sit, stroll or just watch from the room. Great location to walk to the city from an elevated point or stay in the upper city for some nice local restaurants and shops.

This hotel is an absolute gem. Such peace while there are thousands of people in the village and sanctuary. Beautiful room and gardens, such nice little touches. Location is directly next the chateau, easy to explore the sanctuary and the restaurants at L'hospitale. Also it has a parking which is a must when you come by car. I'm so glad I stayed here, it allowed me to relax in a beautify setting after a very busy visit at the sanctuary.

Quiet setting, lovely pool area, super comfy bed,
Great access to the cliff top monastic buildings. Great location near bars and restaurants.
4pm is late to check-in.

Parking was good.
Useless internet and having an open shower without so much as a curtain is just straight stupid. Entire bathroom soaked.
