Our property, is ideally situated just a 5-minute drive from Leven and a 30-minute drive from Glenrothes, making it a perfect base for both leisure and business stays. Energy Park Fife and Harland and Wolff Shipyard are just 0.5 miles away, offering a convenient commute for workers based there. Rosyth Dockyard is a 30-minute drive (22 miles), and St Andrews, renowned for its historic university and world-famous golf courses, is only 30 minutes away by car (19 miles). Dundee, known for its vibrant tech industry and the V&A Museum, is also easily accessible within a 45-minute drive (30 miles).
