The unit sleeps up to 4 guests, with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. The bathroom includes heated lighting. The fully equipped kitchen has granite benchtops, an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and coffee machine.
Relax in the open-plan living and dining area with a Smart TV and high-speed WiFi.
Comfort is ensured year-round with a Daikin heat pump and air conditioning. Secure lockbox entry and off-street parking make arrival and departure simple.

Please note I will not be available in person during your stay. I have a management team in place to assist guests with any questions or issues which may arise during their stay.
Neighbourhood Description:
Lenah Valley is a quiet, leafy neighbourhood just north of Hobart’s CBD. Known for its village feel, it offers excellent cafés, bakeries, local shops, and easy access to St John’s Private Hospital. The area sits at the base of kunanyi / Mount Wellington, providing a unique balance of nature and city convenience.
Getting Around:
The apartment includes dedicated car parking and is an easy drive to Hobart CBD, Salamanca, the waterfront, and MONA. Public transport is available nearby, and most local amenities—including cafés, shops, and the hospital—are within walking distance. Ideal for guests who prefer to park once and explore locally.
House Rules:
If additional cleaning is required above and beyond what the guest has paid for at the time of booking, this extra cost will be passed on to the guest to cover. Additional costs can be easily avoided by leaving the property in a neat and tidy state and following the check out instructions.
Please note if extra beds are used outside what is required for your group an extra guest fee will be requested for your stay.
In the event of a lockout which due to the loss or misplacement of the primary key or user error, this fee will be your responsibility to pay.
Please note that when booking and paying by card, a small fee will appear on your statement as a “ReslyPay” charge. This fee is set by the booking platform and is not controlled by us. Thank you for your understanding.
