About this apartment rental
Private upstairs king suite with massage power-base bed, full kitchen and bath in a quiet neighborhood with a private entrance in the heart of historical South Tacoma. Enjoy the ambience of a 100-year-old Victorian home, walking distance to bars and restaurants.
• Less than a 15 minute drive from University of Puget Sound, PLU, and UW Tacoma.
• 30 minute drive depending on traffic from SeaTac Airport & Seattle.
• Roughly a hour drive from Mt. Rainier Nisqually entrance.
The Space:
Private entrance with keyless deadbolt for your convenience. Suite is located upstairs in a two-story 100+ year old Victorian home. Lots of natural light and plants for a cozy experience next to an indoor fireplace (air conditioning available during warmer months).

• King size bed (remote controlled + massager)
• Plenty of street parking out front
• 55" TV with Roku access
• Full kitchen with eating area and couch
• Private full bath and shower (towels, blow dryer, and basic toiletries provided)
• Coffee maker & french press (ground coffee, sugar & creamer provided)
• Toaster & microwave
• Shared yard area with designated patio seating for guests (smoking area if needed)
Guest Access:
Private entrance with keyless deadbolt, code access provided. We will assign you a code 2 days before your arrival.
Other Things to Note:
• You will have total privacy, since the suite has a private entrance. On the second level of a three story home.
• We disinfect all surface areas and do a thorough clean for each guest.
• Small children are welcome, please keep in mind there is only one bed (the couch is not for bed use) and that the unit itself is not child proof.
• No smoking allowed inside the suite, if you break the no-smoking rule, there is a deep cleaning fee of $500. Smoking tray provided outside in the front yard in the designated sitting area, feel free to smoke anywhere in the front yard and not to throw trash on the ground.
