This clean, minimalist home is newly renovated, with plenty of space (~1400 sq ft). Features modern finishes, brand new appliances, and a spacious, yet cozy stay for whatever brings you to Tacoma. Located steps away from the restaurants and entertainment on 6th Avenue in the quiet neighborhood of the North End, this home is centrally located near the University of Puget Sound, Stadium District, Proctor, Ruston, and Old Town. Less than 5 minutes to major hospitals and about 20 minutes from JBLM. Washer and dryer available in unit for longer stays.

The house was in a great neighborhood and easy access to the Dome. It comes highly recommended and we will try to book it for next year also if available.

Christian was a fantastic host! When we were in the middle of a heat wave, he went out of his way to supply extra fans to try to battle the weather!
Definately appreciated that the house is pet free as multiple family members are allergic to pet dander. We've stayed at listing before that say "no pets allowed" but it's clear pets have been there in the past. Would 100% recommend to stay here for anyone who has pet allergies.
