We were here for a wedding at the Golf Course. It’s all about the view here. 2 floors of stunning views. Two living rooms, lots of space to spread out. Definitely could use some kitchen and bath updates. The furniture and beds are comfortable. Overall I would recommend this place and come back if coming to the area.

The whole home was so comfortable with really two living areas, giving some a respite from the group when desired. My wife and I would love to come back as just the two of us, but way too much space to justify it (but we have tried to rationalize it)

This house was better than expected. The view of Puget Sound is stunning and the location is great not just for University Place, but also Steilacoom, Gig Harbor and Tacoma. The bedrooms were spacious and each had its own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances are new. The furnishings were very nice and everything was in order and ready for us upon arrival. The owner was very quick to answer my questions before I arrived. I definitely recommend this property.

We stayed for a long weekend for our daughter’s wedding and the house was perfect for our family. We wanted a couple of them who had never been to the PNW to experience the beauty of the area and this house was off the charts with the view from both levels. They were awestruck! The house was very clean, easy check in, and plenty of room for visiting. We hope to come back!

We traveled from Western New York to celebrate my husband’s life with friends and family. The home was beautiful and the view was amazing. Our host AJ was very accommodating, as I had changed the reservation several times, we had just a few concerns when we got there and they were addressed immediately. On my next visit to the northwest I will definitely book this home again.

The property was as advertised. The pictures do not do the actual view justice. Magnificent view! Fantastic! Access to the house was easy. Close to amenities and a very quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owner was always prompt. The house was well laid out, bedrooms were spacious. Plenty of kitchen amenities. Outdoor patio was comfortable. The property was great. We would definitely recommend it.

The views of Puget Sound from the large picture windows and decks were spectacular! The house was just what we needed: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so that each family couple could have its own space. Plenty of parking too. The host was very responsive to our questions.

We stayed at this property for the Fourth of July weekend following an Alaskan cruise. The view was absolutely amazing we could see fire works from all sides across the water and even on the other side of the mountain range! The view from the home is wonderful! There were 7 of us at the home, two separate families with two teenagers and a toddler and we had plenty of space. My only note on this house was since it was July it got a little warm in the house and they do have portable air conditioners upstairs but the breaker kept flipping when we had them all on, the down stairs bedroom would get a little warm and there was no air conditioner in there but the second night we just cracked the window and that did the trick. If you are looking for a great view with space in a nice and accessible neighborhood this place is perfect I would highly recommend!

This home is perfect for anyone looking for a great view and a quiet community. We came in to town for a gymnastics competition at the Tacoma convention center and this home accommodated two families of four and was about 15 mins from our venue. The views from this home were incredible. Our teenagers loved it! The host was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!
