    We stayed here for 4 nights and it was excellent. Staff are approachable and kind. The room is great. I/we like it. Probably we will stay here again when we come back here at Pattaya. Thank you for the great service 😊

    ★★★★★ Absolutely outstanding – a wonderful hotel with exceptional staff! I previously stayed at D Eco and decided to move to this hotel, and what a difference! It genuinely wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that this hotel is ten times better. I'm so pleased I made the move. The entire property is maintained to an exceptionally high standard. Everything is spotlessly clean, beautifully kept, and the atmosphere is just wonderful. The reception staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. You really get the impression that they care about their guests and take pride in the hotel. A special thank you to *** and ***at reception, who went above and beyond to help me extend my stay for another five nights. Despite the hotel showing as fully booked online, they somehow managed to work their magic and arrange for me to stay in exactly the same room. That level of customer service is genuinely impressive and very much appreciated! The bed deserves a special mention too. It's incredibly comfortable, easily approaching five-star hotel quality, and I've been sleeping wonderfully. I'm here on a training camp, so I haven't tried the breakfast and can't comment on the food. If I had to find one criticism, it would be the fridge in the room. It's a rather large blue Toshiba fridge that looks like something from the 1970s! It seems a little out of place in such a lovely property and could probably do with an upgrade. But honestly, that's a very minor observation in an otherwise exceptional experience. Everything else has been absolutely fantastic. From the cleanliness and comfort to the outstanding staff and overall quality of the property, I really couldn't be happier. A genuinely excellent hotel that I would happily recommend to anyone. Five stars, without hesitation!

    I like the hotel management system and style, staff are very respectful, responsible and good in English, the cleanliness also very satisfied. The room is very big especially the bathroom, very big enough for washing the clothes, the balcony also good for drying the wet clothes.

    We put the do not disturb sign outside and while I was in the shower, I kept hearing the staff knock on the door for 5minutes saying "front of desk"... and then whenever we go out at 3pm to put the sign to tidy up the door, there were 3 days where they didnt clean the room and the sign on the door was switched to "do not disturb" when we got back. The receptionist said it was probably because of the wind and the maids didnt see it but it happened 3 times.... I don't think thats coincidence. The 7elevens are quite of a walk away too. Other than that, the room is spacious and TV is good for netflix.
