The condo was very nice with great location. Owner communicated directly which was fantastic. Really nice condo with everything you needed plus ! Will be staying again !

They are doing maintenance/ remodeling to the exterior of the building, it is very messy and loud.
The condo itself is very nice and the owner is great to deal with.

Overall stay was great! Property manager was very responsive to small issues that came up. (Ice maker not working) You will want to bring extra paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and any spices to cook with.

It appears this complex is mostly rental probably run by same mgmt company. Unit was not clean, mold on the ceiling in bathroom, had a broken toilet seat that the mgmt company gave run around to fix. VRBO was called to get involved. Owner had no clue that things were not good at the unit,some doors would not close. The complex sits in a good spot but you will need to bring beach towels toilet paper paper towels dishwasher and washer soaps if you do not want to spend more money at the stores.. this unit had one 8 ounce glass... so you might want to bring plastic glasses and watch the plates, many could not go into the microwave ... could be a nice place if properly managed.. Would love to communicate with owners directly
