Guests have full access to the entire private property, including:
- A beautifully maintained backyard with lush Mexican grass and a stunning view of the Periyar River
- A private swimming pool on the first-floor deck, also offering panoramic river views
- Four private bedrooms (2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor), each with attached bathrooms and river views
-A fully equipped private kitchen and dining area
- A spacious common area with a TV, perfect for relaxing together
-Private on-site parking for up to 4 vehicles within the property premises
River Access:
While the riverbank isn't directly accessible from the property, guests can reach it with a 3-minute walk via a nearby public road.
Please note:
A storage room on the first floor, the rooftop, and the host’s private room are off limits
Entry is through a smart lock system – the PIN will be shared with you on the day of check-in for a smooth and secure arrival
