    I stayed at this hotel last weekend, and my experience was quite disappointing. If you book this hotel through any online platform (website/app), your booking will show as confirmed on the app. However, once you reach the reception, they will ask you to cancel the online booking and make a direct offline booking. The receptionist clearly said that they don’t receive anything from online payments. This felt very unprofessional. I had booked through Agoda, so I contacted customer support. After some back-and-forth, they spoke with the property owner and eventually confirmed that I would be checked in. This whole process took more than half an hour, which was quite frustrating. As for the room, the bed was okay and the sheets were clean, but I noticed small cockroaches roaming around, which is unacceptable. On the positive side, the location of the property is prime, as it is situated on the main road. Finally, during checkout, I asked the receptionist *** for a small bottle of room-temperature water. Instead of giving a sealed bottle that was clearly available nearby, he took an empty bottle from the desk, filled it with tap water, and handed it to me. This was quite shocking and reflects a very poor and unprofessional attitude. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.
