They have merged the balcony into the room and that’s why there is no proper seal in the room. So the room gets cold easily. Maybe in summers it gets hot as well. Also the sunlight comes in through the curtains.

I called hotel many times and mentioned about late check-in and requested them to keep room ready. In spite of that when checked at 10pm, the room allocated to us was stinking so badly with strong cigrate smell and lot of dust, hairs and cobwebs. After that again they changed the room which was not having cigrate smell. However, the linen were too dirty and room wasn't clean properly. They don't keep everything ready in room so even if you check-in late night you need to keep calling housekeeping to provide toiletries, towel etc. They just provide 1 liter water per room no matter if you have booked for 3 pax or 2. I would not recommend this to any family.
