Four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom ensuite. Moden gas commercial-style stove and 2-sided fireplace. Deck, fire pit, great new dock. All utilities including WIFI and internet service, cooling and trash removal.

The house offers a lovely blend of comfort and convenience, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Whether you’re gathering with family or friends, this enchanting home provides a phenomenal setting for your getaway.

Weekly or longer rentals only from now until September 1, 2026. Overwinter lease from September 2026 to May 30, 2027.

This is a human-powered-only 'quiet' pond. Powered boats are not allowed. So if you like powerboats and want to brush up on your waterski skills, this is not it. But if you're someone who appreciates being close to nature, great fishing and swimming and an occasional Loon, you've found the place. It's what we call a 'Quiet Lakes' experience in Maine.
