About this house rental
Maranacook Lake spans Readfield and Winthrop: Newly renovated home with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2400 square feet of living space. The entire downstairs 48' x 14' is a large kitchen, dining room and great room with large windows and sliding glass door to take full advantage of the awesome lake view. 125' of waterfront with new 4' x 40' dock. Large deck within 40' of the lake. Patio with fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Canoe, and two picnic tables available for use. Furnished with 1 king size bed, 1 queen, 1 single with trundle, and a bunk bed, our home sleeps 4 adults and 4 children comfortably.

A beautiful place we plan to return to. We enjoyed all of the amenities of the property and community. Our son and his family live in Readfield so we have been coming every August since 2010. This is by far our favorite place. Beautiful location, lovely home with everything you need and more, comfortable and warm. The weather was beautiful, we all enjoyed hanging out on the dock, swimming, fishing, lobster and more. A grand time was had by all.

We loved this home. It was clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. My family enjoyed having space to stretch out. Next time I will pack much less.

Excellent house on a wonderfully quiet section of Maranacook Lake. We are thankful to have spent another week at this home and looking forward to visiting next year!

Todd's lakehouse stood out for its space, seclusion and renovated interior. We made frequent use of the well-placed fire pit and explored the beautiful lake in the canoe provided by the host. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking implements and we appreciated the ability to enjoy most of our meals in this beautiful setting. My wife and I truly enjoyed our time here - it was exactly what we needed to relax and "check out" for a while.Todd was very responsive to the inquiries posed prior to and during our stay. He proved to be an excellent host.
