This beautiful newly updated and redecorated unit is conveniently located with stunning views of sugar white beaches, emerald blue gulf water and amazing sunsets. Recently redecorated with new furniture, flooring, paint, appliances, new TV and modern shower and so on 😊 Balcony is not available and locked until March 1st, 26.

We had a change of plans and needed to find a place to stay. We found Summit and it sounded like it would work for us. It did work out well the beach was beautiful we used the kitchen for cooking meals. We did go to Bikini Bobs for a few meals. It’s a little place connected with the resort that has sandwiches. We spent most of our time at the beach. We rented chairs and an umbrella it was very relaxing. My complaint is with the smoking in all areas even though it says no smoking on balcony and by pool but there was a lot of it. Some times we had to go in and shut the door due to the smoking on the balcony. I have lung issues so this is a problem. For the most it was quiet at night up to Wednesday night when the motorcycles came in for a big rally. Luckily we left on Thursday. Our host was great. They replied back to me in a timely matter when I had a question thank you Bek. We did enjoy our time wish the smoking issues would be better.
