Just Renovated!! New Polywood Balcony Furniture. New Master walk-in Shower and deep bath/shower in Guest Bathroom. This beautiful, spacious, 10th-floor 1388-square-foot condominium is located on the sugary white sands of Panama City Beach in the desirable Thomas Drive area. Just renovated with a beachy theme. It is the details that set this condo apart.... like ceramic tile throughout the unit, the nine-foot ceilings, the crown molding, and ceiling-to-floor windows in the dining, living, and master bedroom. There are HDTVs in the living room and bedrooms. The condo was stunning and the balcony was fantastic. All the little extras made our stay super easy. All the little things soaps, laundry detergent, trash bags, dishwashing pods are especially appreciated. Lovely place. Highly recommend 1004.

On arrival, the entire place was clean and welcoming. The balcony is the perfect spot! Walking to either the pool or the beach is a breeze. Accommodations were fantastic for our group-has everything you need for adults and children. Already planning another stay!

This unit was even better than the description! It was super clean, updated kitchen, bathrooms and furniture! It’s extremely spacious which makes everyone comfortable and has the perfect sunset view from the 10th floor balcony. The accommodations in this unit are truly wonderful and we hope to stay here again on our next trip. Love this condo! Also, want to mention the ease of booking online and checking in. And, the host is always responsive throughout your booking process if you have any questions. Highly recommend!
