The ground floor is divided into two distinct areas, separated by a corridor: the spacious living room and the sleeping area.
- A spacious, air-conditioned living room bathed in light, with high ceilings in the lounge, offering an elegant yet friendly atmosphere.
- A large, fully-equipped kitchen with a central island and stools, opening directly onto the outside terrace.
- A comfortable dining area, ideal for sharing meals with family and friends.
Sleeping area:
- An air-conditioned master suite with 200x200 bed, en suite bathroom with shower, bath and double basins. The suite also has plenty of storage space and direct access to the terrace.
- Two bedrooms with single beds (90x140cm)

First floor:
