Beautifully remodeled mountain home on secluded 2.5 acre lot- private forest setting, fully furnished w 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 up 2 down) electric fireplace inserts on each level, new premium hot tub, stainless barbecue on deck, Samsung TV, soundbar with subwoofer, genuine leather sofas, open floorplan w vaulted ceiling, main floor master suite, dark stainless appliances, leathered granite countertops, all cookware + cozy bedding, cable rail deck, mtn views and wildlife, horshoe pit, wi-fi & strong cell reception. Dining table with 4 chairs and an additional leaf can be added to expand and fit 8 around the table. Gaming table downstairs with leather chairs. Colorado Trail + other trailheads within 15 minutes, town of Bailey 2 miles away with restaurants, aspen peak cellars winery, brewery & more. Easy access just 2 miles out of town down Wellington Lake Road (CR 68). 10 mins to Deer Creek Valley Ranch Lake, 20 mins to Wellington Lake, Conifer 20 mins, Downtown Denver 55 Minutes, Red Rocks 40 mins, Pine 30 mins, Deckers 45 mins, Rainbow Falls 1 hr, We're Accommodating please inquire with ANY questions.
