Villa Saint Georges de Bray Dunes is a completely renovated villa 100 m from the beach, in a quiet environment with an unobstructed view of the tennis courts.
This holiday home will seduce you with its spacious and bright space of more than 60 m2.

Large bright living room of 60 m2, offering a pleasant, modern and functional setting.
You will enjoy two terraces:
- A terrace at the front of 8 m2, sheltered from the sun ideal on hot days.
- A terrace of 25 m2 at the back facing south perfect for meals and moments of relaxation outside.
The house has a friendly and modern open kitchen overlooking the living space.
You also have a walk-in shower and toilet on the first floor.
