Mediterranean residence with swimming pool and exceptional view of the Etang de Thau, located on the heights of Mont Saint-Clair in Sète.
Nestled on the edge of the Bois des Pierres Blanches, this property offers a rare setting, between sea and nature, while remaining close to the downtown and the beaches. An ideal place for holidays with family or friends, combining calm, comfort and panorama.
The property consists of a modern and bright main house, as well as a shed located below, near the swimming pool. The large terraced garden is very pleasant in summer. At the end of the day, the view of the Etang de Thau is distinguished by exceptional sunsets.
The accommodation comprises four bedrooms and four bathrooms – 3 double bedrooms in the main house and a double bedroom with shower rooms in the shed offering perfect independence. For larger groups, the desk/games room contains 2 additional children's beds. Bed linen and towels are provided. You will enjoy a flat-screen TV, a convivial dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and several terraces with tables and chairs for convivial moments under the pine trees. A table tennis table and a petanque court are available.
The house is located about 2.5 km from the beach, a 10-minute drive from Sète downtown and the beaches, or about a 30-minute walk.
Please note: the property is located on a hill. Access to the house and the pool is via stairs. The accommodations are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
