Fantastic house in a fantastic location with fantastic facilities. The owner sorted out our major issues very quickly. Our group felt that the house has significant potential which ought to be exploited by the owners attention to detail. Would happily book again.

From the moment we walked into the property we were amazed by how fantastic it was. There was so much space for all 11 of us and plenty to keep both kids and adults entertained. The property was beautiful and well kept. We found the owners to be very kind and helpful. The location is perfect, only a short stroll for our daily croissants! We thoroughly recommend this property and hope to visit again. Thank you so much.

The house is a great location, and we had a wonderful time exploring Marseillan and surrounding area but there were a few maintenance issues with the house. The pool is fantastic (standing depth for adults the whole way) and fenced, although one of the gates didn’t lock properly so was able to be pushed open by the kids.Great number of bathrooms and bedrooms for our party of 11 so we had plenty of space.Really well equipped kitchen with lots of crockery, utensils and cleaning products. And lots of essentials in the cupboard.The house wasn’t particularly well cleaned when we arrived but a pool man came twice to maintain the pool. The basement rooms all had a musty smell and the shower didn’t drain properly.Aircon in two of the bedrooms didn’t work but there were freestanding fans so it wasn’t too much of an issue.The outside decking area needs to be fixed or replaced as it has dangerous holes in it that were covered with mats, and splintered in places with nails sticking out.
