In a quiet and residential area, parking in front of the door, the heart of the medieval town and the Val Cocherel Park 300 meters away. . You can take full advantage of the many summer activities and exhibitions. Banks of the Rance, Lehon Abbey, nature 10 minutes walk away. On the port, bike and electric boat rental, canoes. Bright house, completely renovated in 2024. Entrance with wardrobe and separate toilet; living room with kitchen of 40m2 opening onto a terrace of 20 m2 overlooking the garden, facing west (ideal for an aperitif facing the sunset) with garden furniture, parasol, and table for 6 people.
Upstairs, a double bedroom, with a 160 cm bed, wardrobe and dresser. A bathroom equipped with a shower and a bidet, separate toilet. The owners' bedroom and office are closed during your stay.
Bedroom 2, on the upper floor, has a large space under the roof, two 90 beds, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet, a desk and storage: note that this space does not have a locking door.
Pillows, extra plaids at your disposal. shampoo, shower gel and dishwashing products provided.
In the basement, laundry area with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
