Additionally, this level includes a shower room and an open-concept kitchen. If you’d prefer to grill or prepare a paella, there’s an outdoor kitchen on the pool terrace that can also cater to your culinary needs during the day.
In addition to the cozy living-dining area with heating and cooling—from which you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and nature—there’s also an inviting fireplace room that makes family gatherings especially cozy in the spring or fall.
An outdoor staircase leads down to the second living level, which was completed in 2022. Here you’ll find the third bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed, a spacious living room with heating and cooling, a small kitchen, and a large, modern shower room.

Denia
is a city on the east coast of Spain. It is located between Alicante and Valencia in the northern part of the Costa Blanca. Tourists appreciate the 20-km-long sandy beach, which transitions into a rocky and stony coastline near the Las Rotas neighborhood. For hikers, the Montgo Nature Reserve—named after Denia’s local mountain of the same name, which rises 753 m—is ideal. It is a typical stratified mountain that towers solitary into the sky and ends at Cabo de San Antonio (lighthouse).

Transportation connections:
Denia - Pego (Monte Pego) is connected to both the Alicante and Valencia airports via Exit 62 of the AP 7 highway, with a travel time of approximately 1 hour, as well as via the N-332 national highway.
Ferries depart from Denia to the Balearic Islands of Ibiza, Formentera, and Mallorca.
The current ferry operators are Balearia and Iscomar.

The FGH (railway company) L9 line connects Denia with Alicante.
