First let me say, we would stay here again! It is nothing fancy! But that’s okay! The location is what it is about! The view was great, and 1st floor was very convenient!! The gripes I have, there were 3 adults that stayed. We were given 3 washcloths!!! “3”! I think 5 towels, & 1 hand towel! (For 3 ppl, 5 days!!!). NO TOILET PAPER!!! NONE!!! I knew we’d have to go get tp, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, etc… typical with condo. They start you with at least one roll! But I have never not had plenty of towels and washcloths!!!! A dining chair was broke. The 2 throw pillows both were torn and could see stuffing! There was no can opener!! The molding on the first corner into the front door was pulled away from the wall and sticking out! Another BIG Problem, the sheets do not fit the master bedroom bed!! Both corners popped off all night! I gave up! Buy some correct size sheets! The bed was fine as far as comfort. The bedspread had been made up upside down!! The foot was at the top of the bed! The rug outside has a wad of hair going out to the beach side! This unit could be so cute if someone took pride in it! We bought a foam topper for the fold it couch . That helped with the comfort of sleeping! We had plenty of hot water! The shower was fine!!***Provide enough towels and washcloths. ***Buy new throw pillows. Again, location was great! I would stay here again! Minor fixes!!!!

Great location, first floor, view is awesome, clean, equipped and fresh linens. There wasn’t any hot water in the unit after the first day. I reported to the office. Wasn’t working when we left. The ice maker wasn’t working either. I will definitely rent this unit again. It’s great. Things happen no one can help. We had a great vacation.

Overall this is going to be a 3 star review. The main pro was the location. You’re right on the ocean and walking distance from the pool and walkway to the beach. Also short walk to Pineapple Willy’s if you want drinks there. However we did have some cons. This place is super outdated and needs a lot of updating. The main bed is not comfortable and the sheets do not stay on the bed at all. Everytime I woke up during the night the sheets were halfway off the bed. The pullout sofa is even worse. I would go as far as to say that no one would be able to sleep on that. The oven has to be open all the way to open certain cabinets in the kitchen. We also had lukewarm water in the shower all week. We’ve stayed at this resort before and loved it but we were a bit disappointed with this stay.
