About this house rental
The country vacation home is nestled at an elevation of about 480 meters above sea level, surrounded by nature in the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park region in the municipality of Rascheid in Rhineland-Palatinate. The Königsfeld Traumschleife hiking trail, approximately 12 km long, begins in the village and winds its way through meadows, along streams, and through forests, offering stunning panoramic views of the Hunsrück time and again.
In our detached, newly renovated house, you’ll find plenty of space for your family vacation or a getaway with friends.
On the first floor, in addition to the fully equipped new kitchen, there is a dining room, a cozy living room, and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor, our guests will find 3 double bedrooms, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower.
Through the back exit, you’ll enter the small sunroom, which allows you to sit as if you were in the garden, even when the weather isn’t so nice. From here, a staircase leads down to the spacious garden with mature trees.
Our house has been completely energy-efficiently renovated from the ground up, including a solar panel system, and features central hot-air heating and a pellet stove.
The basement is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
Local bus and train tickets (VRT app) are included in the rent.
No pets allowed.
Bicycle storage is available in the garden.
