The air-conditioned vacation home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee machine, and 3.5 bathrooms with a hot tub and a hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are available in the vacation home. The property has an outdoor fireplace.

Mountain Getaway Hot Tub features accommodations in Ellijay. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking, and free Wifi. The vacation home has a sun terrace and a hot tub.

No parties/events or drugs on the property.

No more than 4 cars allowed on property.

Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please help us protect people with allergies. Any ash or smoke smell found inside by cleaners will result in a $500.00 fine.

Any missing or broken items or excessive cleaning will be charged to the guest.

Do not cover the front doorbell camera or outside back camera at any time, doing so will result in a $200 fine.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless authorized by the host. Booking guests will be charged a $100 fee per unauthorized overnight guest.

This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or guest valuables. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

By accepting this booking, guests understand and agree that they are guests, not tenants, and have no tenancy rights to the property. If any persons overstay, they will be escorted out by the sheriff.
