The location was great with a beautiful view of the gulf. The room had everything we needed and was as described. The property could use some tlc as it is showing wear. Also, the balcony is in need of some new furniture.

Check in was easy, location was nice. House could use some TLC, most of the outlets didn’t work and master bedroom could use more lighting. Overall was a good stay and would book again.

I have stayed in Nautical Watch before and love the location. It’s a small and quiet building with balconies overlooking the ocean. But the unit I stayed in before was so well decorated and filled with thoughtful amenities that it felt like staying in someone’s home. In contrast A2 felt barebones minimum. With just a little effort it could be so much more welcoming. The unit needs a renovation. The floors felt so tacky on bare feet that I mopped. The couch was the only comfortable place to sit. It would be convenient if the parking pass was inside the unit rather than driving to another building to receive it. The code provided for the unit and beach access were wrong. But a phone call to the number provided cleared it up quickly. The unit has everything you need.
