Situated on the 5th floor of a residence with lift, it offers you unobstructed views of the ocean and almost immediate access to the Grande Plage, for holidays filled with sea air and the sound of waves.
Outside, you will be able to enjoy a balcony of 8 m², a real asset for having your breakfasts and meals with the sound of the waves and to enjoy sunrises and sunsets facing the Ocean.
As soon as you enter the accommodation, you will discover a pleasant living space combining the kitchen, dining room and lounge. The lounge area, furnished with a sofa, armchair and television, is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The American kitchen, modern and functional, is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the utensils necessary to prepare your meals with ease.
On the night side, the apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a King Size bed (180x200), ideal for restful nights and in the living room the sofa is convertible and allows for two additional beds.
A bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the space, as well as a separate toilet for added comfort.
A private parking space is available to you at the bottom of the building.
For added comfort, the accommodation is also equipped with a washing machine and an iron.
