Fisherman's house with private parking. Located in a quiet dead end. Near the beach of Boisvinet (150m) from the pier for the island of Yeu and the large beach. 500m from the train station, pedestrian street. Forget your car, everything is done on foot or by bike. : downtown, markets, etc. Outside courtyard about 35m2 with garden furniture, barbecue and deck chair. Very calm environment

Logement en adéquation avec le descriptif. Location que je conseillerai à mes proches. Un petit plus : animal accepté. Stationnement ds la cour un peu étroit, mais possibilité assez proche.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette petite maison tres bien décorée et cosy. Elle possède tout le nécessaire et la loterie est en tres bon état ! Le plus pouvoir venir avec notre chien. Enfin un environnement très calme.
