Pet friendly (dogs only) – pre-approval required
Pet fee: $250 per pet plus tax(max 2, 50lb limit). Please do not allow pets on beds or furniture. If pet hair is found, an extra fee equal to the cleaning fee will apply.
No cats or other animals permitted
Parking: Up to 4 vehicles (3 with trailer)
Kayaks are heavy, and dock height may make launching and retrieval difficult for some guests. Please plan accordingly.
Boating: One boat and one trailer allowed; additional boat subject to extra fee
Boat trailers must not block the right of way — parking available at Key Colony Beach trailer lot for $125/week
No RVs, campers, or motorhomes allowed
Must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay
No smoking indoors
Signed guest agreement required prior to check-in (sent via DocuSign – please provide an email address)
Cancellation policy: 3.9% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations
Starter pack provided: paper towels, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, trash bags & sponge

This property offered a special water access and view. The water gets super low tide so not ideal for big boats. The home was clean. Master bed mattress needs to be replaced it is beyond its life and offers zero comfort. It would have been helpful to have just a few extra supplies like trash bags, paper napkins, toilet paper, aluminum foil, etc..kinda cheesy not to have enough items to cover an entire stay. The parking space and front gate was great for security which I appreciated. The Keyscation property manager was outstanding and very prompt in responding to my needs during my stay. I hope to return to this special place. Thank you!
