About this house rental
Beautifully appointed home on 7th St with the widest canal in KCB. Located across the street from a children's park, dog park, basketball courts and par 3 golf course. Our location is pet-friendly and features a grill & outdoor dining area right on the canal with a boat dock, cleaning table, & bait freezer. Walking distance to Sunset Park and several restaurants. This is the ultimate place to sit back and relax. Rental includes use of Cabana Club membership for up to 5 people daily. As of May 1, 2023, the other half of this duplex (2 bedroom/2 bath) will also be available to rent. Please send a message to inquire about renting both sides.

House was clean and well maintained. Access to the Cabana Club was a nice addition within walking distance to relax at the pool/beach. Our only regret was we didn’t have enough time to make it onto the golf course across the street!

House had everything we needed and really enjoyed the large tiki hut, both morning and afternoon. Great place to either paddle board and have a very quick nine holes. Playground is across the street. On the days were not on the water we had plenty to do! Great service from the property manager and the staff at the Cabana Club!

The Flip Flop House was a great place to stay. Clean, nicely decorated, and in a beautiful area. The tiki hut was for a nice place for meals. Highly recommended!
