A €250 hold will be requested as part of the rental.
This will be done via a secure payment link managed by Swikly. This step is mandatory and must be completed before your arrival.
Service fees between €3 and €9 will apply.
The amount is neither blocked nor charged and will not affect your card’s available balance.
Within 7 days after your departure, and provided the terms of service are met and the apartment is returned in perfect condition, this operation will be automatically canceled.

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to organize your check-in.
Standard arrival: between 4 PM and 8 PM
Late arrivals available upon request:
8 PM – 10 PM: €35
10 PM – 12 AM: €65
After 12 AM: €100

The apartment is unfortunately not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
