About this house rental
This 2-bedroom ADU is perfect for your escape to Los Angeles. After entering from your own private entrance, guests descend two flights of stairs to find two beautiful bedrooms, plus a cozy living room with a pull-out bed for extra guests. The bathroom features a full shower/tub, hair dryer, and amenities, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. With heating and AC, the space stays comfortable no matter the season. This wonderful space offers a relaxed, private vibe where guests can unwind and feel right at home. The only shared space is the backyard, which we generally only use to let out Groucho, our German Shepherd/Airedale Terrier mix. He is VERY friendly, and does not bite, and LOVES other dogs and humans alike. Experience the magic of Los Angeles at our gorgeous property.

Needed a home base for a visit to our daughter at UCLA and this was perfect. Adorable and safe neighborhood, convenient to everything, easy parking, super comfy furniture, perfect attention to detail and lovely little touches. It was perfect place to relax at the end of our long days. Ryan was kind and responsive. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was spotless—truly one of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed in, had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have worked out better for us, just a quick 4-minute drive to my brother’s house. We all got some of the best sleep we’ve had in a while. The yard was perfect for the kids to play and unwind, and the dog on the property was a gentle giant. Communication with Ryan from the start was great. Cant wait to come back.

As a dad traveling with a family of five—two younger kids and one teenager—I don’t throw around “perfect” lightly… but this VRBO absolutely earned it.From the moment we arrived, everything just worked. The location near Santa Monica Pier was unbeatable. Only a 15 min drive and we could go to the beach, grab food, hit the pier, and still be back in time for the kids to wind down without any stress. Not having to deal with parking or long drives made a huge difference, especially with tired kids at the end of the day.The space itself was ideal for a family our size. Everyone had room to spread out—no one felt cramped, which is rare when traveling with three kids. The younger ones loved having space to play, and our teen appreciated having their own area to decompress. The place was spotless, well-stocked, and clearly set up with families in mind.What really stood out was how easy everything felt. Mornings were smooth, evenings were relaxing, and we were able to actually enjoy time together instead of managing logistics the whole trip. Whether it was quick beach runs, sunset walks, or grabbing snacks nearby, everything was right there.If you’re a family looking for a stress-free stay in Santa Monica—this is it. Safe, convenient, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable for both kids and parents. We made some incredible memories here, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again.10/10 — highly recommend for families.
