*This condo is a smoke free condo. No Smoking or Vaping inside the unit or on the balcony. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Spring Break parties are not welcome here. Absolutely no refunds if your age is misrepresented.
**All guests are required to submit a photo copy of their Drivers License or Governmental ID and sign a rental agreement within 3 days of booking. Guests are required to provide an email address and cell number for texting or a contact number. This can be sent by text or email. Your booking will not be complete until you have provided this information.
*** Guests are required to provide credit card information for a security deposit. A $300 security hold will be placed on your credit card. The security hold will be released if there are no damages when you depart after housekeeping has a chance to inspect the unit.
***If you are staying with us during Hurricane Season (June-November) we highly recommend that you purchase The Cancel for Any Reason Trip Insurance. The Cancellation policy will not change due to hurricanes.
**** There may be times when we or our Homeowners Association needs to do routine maintenance or inspections during your stay. Monthly pest control is part of the maintenance in our building. This is how we keep our property and building in tip top shape. We will notify you should something come up during your stay. You must allow them access should something arise during your stay.
NOTE: Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, it is not guaranteed that it will work to the best of its ability. We do recommend that if you need Wi-Fi for work or pleasure that you bring a hot spot. Limited Tech Support Available. There will be no refund for interruptions in Wi-Fi Service.

Beautiful condo with all the extras! Condo had everything you could need plus more from the well stocked kitchen to the adorable hooks on the walls. Being able to walk out to the lazy river was a plus! Host sent all the information needed for a great stay! This was our first time staying at Destin West and plan to return. We will definitely check out your other properties as well. Thank you for an amazing getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at “Fantasea” SO much!! The condo was beautiful and comfortable! Just as described! We loved the location, with the lazy river at our back porch and then the beach just a short walk away! We would definitely come back here again, and can’t wait to check out their other rentals for our future trips! Thanks again!

We had such a great time at this condo! The amenities are so clean and well thought out. The location is perfect and so convenient with the lazy river right outside the back door. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to all of our needs and questions.

My stay was wonderful! Located right on the lazy river made it so relaxing and convenient, and we loved the easy beach access. The condo was beautifully decorated, everything felt new, and the fireplace added such a cozy, relaxing ambiance in the evenings. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
