Our stay was fantastic. Just my 15 year old son and myself trying to get in a few days of relaxation before he has to start school. This condo was fabulous. It was very clean and decor was very nice. Beds were very comfortable. And unit was close walk to lazy river and pool. We had no issues. There were beach towels to use. I did have question about towels and what to do with them at end of our stay and had a little trouble with obtaining door code to enter unit at beginning, but Virginia was fast in responding right away and was able to rectify both immediately. Virginia was very down to earth and helpful. The condo was roomy. On the balcony I seen that there were boogie boards, floating raft, beach toys for sand, nets, beach chairs. If you have little kids they are set for toys to use at the beach. When it gets to be 10pm everyone seems to abide by the "quiet time" policy. No issues there. It really was a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pelican 303! We’ve been coming to Destin for years, and this was hands down our best experience yet. From start to finish, our host Virginia was phenomenal—so kind, responsive, and incredibly communicative, which made everything stress-free and smooth for our family.The condo was spotless and stocked with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home—no last-minute trips to the store, no forgotten essentials. Everything was there waiting for us.The location was perfect with easy access to the beach and pool, and the on-site staff was warm and welcoming. They kept the entire property clean, safe, and family-friendly at all times.If you’re visiting Destin with family, look no further. This is the spot. Thank you, Virginia, for making our stay so memorable—we’ll definitely be back!
