➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Guests have full access to the entire unit; make yourself at home! Please note that the storage closet near the front door is locked and off-limits to guests. The garage is partially available for storage and access to the trash bin only; parking is not permitted. The ATV stored in the garage is also off-limits to guests.

You’ll find yourself just minutes from scenic hiking trails, fishing spots, and picnic areas at Woodland Lake Park. Local cafes, restaurants, and boutiques are nearby, making it easy to enjoy both adventure and relaxation.
In winter, guests can hit the slopes at Sunrise Park Resort, only a short drive away, while summer brings opportunities for mountain biking, kayaking, and outdoor festivals that capture the charm of the White Mountains.
Getting Around:
Car recommended – having your own vehicle makes exploring the area easy and convenient.
Free on-site parking available for guests.
Local taxis and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft operate in the area.
Biking is a great way to enjoy nearby trails and explore the scenic neighborhood.
Walking distance to local cafes, restaurants, and shops for a laid-back experience.

➤ The fireplace is non-operational and is for decorative purposes only.
➤ During the summer months, the thermostat is set to operate within a comfortable range of 70–82°F to ensure proper system performance and energy efficiency. Please note that opening doors and windows may make it difficult for the temperature to operate within this range. The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee temperatures outside this range or 100% system uptime, as frequent guest use may occasionally cause the system to require maintenance or repairs.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
